Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components received with the product
  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, alteration, or excessive wear

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items may not be returned:

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or altered
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance, final sale, or non-returnable items clearly marked at the time of purchase
  • Products returned without original packaging when packaging is necessary for resale

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the problem

Upon verification, we may, at our sole discretion:

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow up to ten (10) business days for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an incorrect shipment.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or caused by our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

Refused Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Failure to collect the package
  • Refusal of delivery

We may deduct shipping, handling, processing, and return carrier fees from any refund issued.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Dotty World before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to provide order records, delivery confirmations, communications, and other relevant evidence to payment processors and financial institutions in response to disputes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dotty World shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.
